Assuming your hosting account and forum account were created at around the same time, your hosting account would have terminated since you did not unsuspend yourself in 10 days (not being active on the forums every 2 weeks will result in suspension). You'll have to register a new hosting account and link it to your forum account.

my site is working fine i can use a ftp program and that works but i cannot login to cpanel also i have not been suspended lately
