cPanel problem

Can't login to cpanel. I searched everywere but it seems a admin has to fix. My domain is clanafa.x10hosting.com. :2082 is cpanel. flimshot is username.

First to the following: Clear your cache & temporary files and make a flush of your DNS.
I've sent you a new password for your hosting account by PM. Try to login with that password.
