I have read all of the posts about cpanel issues... and have found nothing to assist me...

I received the following e-mail earlier today titled " x10Hosting - Ad-Free Hosting Account Created!" with an outline of how to access the different areas...

Congratulations, your x10Hosting Ad-Free hosting account has been successfully created. Your account details are as follows:
Username: ltf
Password: *****

Domain: ltf.exofire.net
Hosting Package: Adfree
E-mail: **************@yahoo.com

To manage your hosting account's details (Domain, package, etc), use our account management panel located here:
To login to cPanel, use the following URL:
http://ltf.exofire.net:****
*I removed the real ending for safety*

If you need help with anything, check out our hosting support options here:
Thank you for choosing x10Hosting!

One MAJOR PROBLEM I can access the first and third links just fine... but the cPanel... well this is what I get when trying to access BOTH my domain name AND my cPanel for it...

Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at ltf.exofire.net.

* Check the address for typing errors such as
ww.example.com instead of
www.example.com

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I have cleared my temp files, I have attempted to access it through AOL explorer, FireFox, AND Netscape... I would try IE but my program is scrambled...

I have no clue what else I can do at this point so PLEASE help me if you can... TIA

Christina

Sorry for the delay. Your account wasn't created correctly. I've re-created your account and it's working now. I've PMed you a new cPanel password which you can change when you've logged into cPanel.

If you need further assistance feel free to re-open this thread or create a new one.
