Greetings,
I am new here, and thus this may be something that I'm doing wrong. I checked the sever status posts and nothing seems to relate tot his, I can access my "Account Manager" just fine, however when I try to connect to my cPanel (per the confirmation email that gives me the address to both the Account Manager as well as the cPanel), it just sits there trying to connect forever and ever (doesn't even time out, at least not after like 15 mins). At first I thought this was due to it being too new still and I gave it some time, however it's been about 3 hours now, and still not connecting, so I thought I would check to see if I'm doing something wrong, or if there is another problem I'm not aware of? Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks! :happysad:

Nevermind, after posting this (as i couldn't find a way to search old posts before posting this), it showed me similar threads, on those I found another thread titled the same as mine, and the fix in it worked, it seems it's yourdomain.com/cpanel now, instead of what the email said which is username.domain.com

The standard format for the conformation email that is going out shows it as username.domain.comort, it may need to be updated, as I'm probably not the only one getting the old info.
