could someone please help me i can not login the cpanel.

http://yoursite.com:2082 and login with the username and password you submitted at sign up. Don't forget the port number at the end of the URL, otherwise it will automatically redirect to your website at port 80. If this helps the could you please click the blue tick on the right as it would be greatly appreciated.
