Cpanel problmes

hello... i know there is another thread related to this... sorry but i didn`t quite understand it...

my cpanel addresse is http://xblade.exofire.net:2082 but i cannot seen to connect to it... i get a connection error... opera cannot open firefox either nore internet explorer... what can i do?... and can i please get the addresse for my ftp server... cannot seem to locate it...

xblade.exofire.net can be used for the address for your FTP server.

PM me your IP, I will double check it isn't in the server firewall.
