CPanel Proxy

Hi all,
I cannot access to CPanel from my corporate's network.
I read that I can bypass the problem installing a CPanel Proxy (http://sourceforge.net/p/cpanelproxy/wiki/Home/)
I would ask the administrators if this is a violation of Terms Of Services

It would seem that Section 1 of the ToS is pretty clear on the issue:

• Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason.

The problem with exceptional treatment is that everybody thinks they have a reasonable exception. There isn't a whole lot one would need to do that requires regular, frequent visits to cPanel in any case; most of a site's maintenance can be done via FTP (or the site's software), and the login for activity purposes will still work even if the forwarding to cPanel fails.
