cPanel Subdomain

Every hosting account has a cpanel subdomain such as cpanel.joshblease.co.uk but when I try to access this page, it displays \"Default web page\". How do I redirect or change this index file without using one of my two subdomains.
Could the DNS help ?

Hello,

You should access cPanel by appending :2083 or :2082 to the end of your site's URL. I believe that is the only way to do it on free.

I meant could you redirect cpanel.joshblease.co.uk to a file on my web server such as joshblease.co.uk/cpanel.php
