I am trying to log into cPanel atm, and it says my password is invalid. I changed my pw and it still says its invalid.

This might be because the system can't send any notification emails to you about the password change due to your email not being confirmed. Try confirming your email first, then change your password again. Let us know if that works or not.

Confirming the email address did not work. I am still unable to log into cpanel. Also, I am getting a certificate error when I goto cpanel: https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

I know what's wrong now. An account manager has to go fix your account for showing as suspended when you're not suspended. After they do that, change your password again and that should do it.

I'm escalating your thread now so that staff can do this.
