cPanel tells me my main domain is different from X10's main site.

I changed my main domain but the change hasn't been reflected inside of cPanel. I have configured my .co.cc domain name's nameservers, but cPanel insists that it isn't the main domain, even though according to X10hosting's main account panel thing, it is.

Is this just a delay in the updating?

My system shows that your main domain is talkpoke.co.cc

might be cPanel is not updated yet. wait for few hours, it will appear there.
