Yes I have had a few problems linking my cpanel account to my account area - everytime I try to perform the link it states that a username does not exist. I would like some help with this thanks

It is not possible to make a hosting account without provideing a forum username, please post back with more detailed information.

What's your cPanel username?

Having the same problem, right after registration, asks to link both accounts.

Hosting username = betta
forum = bettasplendide

Which is the cPanel username ?

Are you sure you registered and confirmed your account; It should be linked automatically.

If not, can we please have the username & domain you registered with.
