Logged onto X10 Hosting today and found Cpanel Main Menu unavailable and under "My Websites" a screen saying "You don't have any websites added."
Further investigation from x10 Hosting's top page shows my Domain (unsolicited.elementfx.com), Email accounts, and Database (Wordpress) still exist, but I cannot access Cpanel's main menu. I can, however, access Cpanel's File Manager through my Domain.
Wondering what's going on: Is Cpanel still active/available, or only the file manager option?Do I still have a website, or is it being shut down? Has x10 Hosting changed their Free Hosting services? Something else? Frustrating!
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
