cPanel & unsuspension not aplicable.

Hi:

I've been in holidays and my account was suspended. In order to reactivate it I have gone to the forum and to the hosting account so now I can see that my free hosting account is active but in the suspensions history I can see that the "unsuspension is not applicable". My accoudnt doesn't work, what can I do?

Also I can't accede to the cPanel, the reason is: "Login Attempt Failed!".
What can I do?
