cPanel username

[slipknot_korn_sum4154]

I am unable to login to cPanel, I have tried using my forum username (slipknot_korn_sum4154), my hosting account username (sc1), 'admin', 'Admin' and with each username several different possible passwords. Is it possible to find out what my username is?
