Cpanel username

when i tried to log on to my account manager (ad free), I was told that my forum account must be linked with my username, however when I entered my username (bahamut1) I got an error said that "specified username does not exist" even though it is my correct cpanel username (linked to forum account darthabahamut which still has an activation error and I cannot post).

ive been trying to get unsuspended for over a week now and every time I asked i got some response that was basically oh well i'll see what i can do but nobody ever did anything!!!!!
