Hi
I waited out the Absolut to Fris migration in the hope that this issue would be resolved but unfortunately I am still unable to login via cPanel or to the webmail account as I am told that my username or password is incorrect. I have not changed these details but did try resetting my account password to login in the main control page, however I think this was my x10 pwd rather than the cPanel one so do not know what else I can do. Hope you can help.

Have also tried the fix from Derek of logging in with the forum account name "ardracottage" but this wasn't allowed either I'm afraid!
