For now the C panel/https://x10hosting.com/sso/login access will not work.
please see this post made by support staff to see why, and what you can try.

if you were blacklisted it is likely from to many failed login attempts.
and only staff can unblock you should that happen.

thanks for the clarification.
im sure that many users are wondering what will happen if they cannot use
the SSO login page to avoid suspension,
or will the new login section be done in time to prevent that ?

well, got in,.. and just WOW. I honestly don't understand most of what it can do.. I just used basic HTML to write my website.. aiming for the LCD version.. (Lowest Common Denominator) But the access, once you can figure it out.. is nice

They are able to login to the SSO page, so the login is recorded as activity (even though they can't get to DirectAdmin that way), however right now we're not running automated suspensions so that will not be an issue right now.

Read the "Sticky Note" on this page concerning the issue.
@kenny9 I appreciate your reply, however, "sticky note" on what page? There is no link. Can you please just summarize and advise me as to what I should do, even it's just be patient for a few days? Thank you

The "Sticky Notes" section is at the top of this page, just above "Normal Notes". Most are highlighted with yellow.
