cPanel wont show up..

cPanel wont show up at port 2082, i tried port 2083 but its still nothing..

When i looked at my account, the status said that everything is online..

I need to edit some files in there..

Can you access your website? Can you access http://ciroc.x10hosting.com?
If you can enter both websites, then your firewall may be blockin the port: 2082
