Hello dcwtrade,
Are you trying to log in to cPanel directly? http://yoursite:2082/? You should log in to the x10hosting control panel at https://x10hosting.com/control with your account information. You can then click on hosting, and there will be a cPanel link.
If you have not changed your password, and you're trying to log into cPanel directly, your account may be suspsended. While suspended you will not be able to get into cPanel but should be able to get into the x10hosting control panel linked above.
