hi, ich cant login in cPanel. How can i else upload my website?

Are you able to load cPanel's login page at http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082?
If so, you can try resetting your password at http://x10hosting.com/control (login with forum info). If you can't, your ISP/firewall might have blocked in so you would need to use a proxy like http://hidemyass.com/
Other ways to upload your website would be FTP. See: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/FTP_Details
You need a client like http://filezilla-project.org
