Ok, the only way I can log onto cPanel is if I have an account. Where do I get one?

first you must go to the page that brandon linked for you... you must decide one of the 3 different plans of free hosting..then you must read the rules there and then you put your personal details..your name and whatever... after you complete the details.. you'll receive an email with a link that will confirm your sign up..then after mmm a determined day it could be a day or 2 or maybe i week i think...when you'll receive the confirmation email with the url of your cpanel...to access tou your url you must write the username you wrote on the personal details and the password you also wrote there. Then you can use your cpanel and start creating your site...
