Well, I'm a newb here, I admit it, so bear with me.

I just created an account and went to log into the cPanel (thinking that was how I am supposed to get started) and ran into a bit of a snare at the Link Account page - it says that my account does not exist.

My account is the same as my forum account: Elements
site-to-be url: windstorm.ElementFX.com

any and all help is much appreciated!

Did you click the activation link in your e-mail, if you got one to activate your hosting account?

Same here.

I confirmed the email but it still says that my username does not exist in the database.

username: philgeni
URL to be used: memyown.x10hosting.com

Thanks for any help!

Yep, I activated both accounts.
Tried again just now, and still nothing.

Elements: Try now. If you get an error about your contact email not being set, PM me the email address that you want on the account and I'll manually set it.

Philgenius: I do not see an account with the username 'philgeni.' Are you sure that is the correct username and that the account has been created?

It looks like your account is still in the queue for Ad-Free accounts. There are a lot of accounts in there waiting to be created, your account should be soon.
