I've looked around on the forum for some answers to this, but nobody seems to be having this problem. I can access every section of the site except the cPanel. My cpanel URL is

http://jdpalmer.x10hosting.com:2082/

but when I try to visit, I get a "Page cannot be displayed" cannot find server error. I get the same error when I try jdpalmer.x10hosting.com/cpanel.

Please help. I usually FTP my files in anyway, but I guess I need to access the cPanel to create my mySQL databases and tables? If that's not true (i.e. if I can create databases and tables via SQL commands through PHP), what can I use as server/user in my connection string?

Thanks in advance,
JD

I would guess that you are behind a firewall or something similar and they are blocking port 2082.
