Hello:
I just signed up for a hosting account with you guys...but I am using my own domain. I allready set the new dmain with you...and put YOIR nameservers on the domain name providers info. When I click my url - http://hardcandyspace.com/ - it seems allright, it shows YOUr parking page... but now I wanna put content there and the cpanel with the new domani name i.e. http://hardcandyspace.com:2082 is not working at all!!
Any ideas on how to fix this?

also...I tried to log in in a ftp prgram with my cpanel info and it is not working also, I put in the ftp server adress ftp.hardcandyspace.com
