Cpannel & database problem

Why every week I can't login in my Cpannel?
continues to give me:
Login Attempt Failed!
What should I do?
I just managed to fix the database and now even that does not work ....

Go to your x10hosting account panel located at http://www.x10hosting.com/account

From there go to hosting. Near the bottom of the page you should be able to reset your password. Run this, and make sure you write down your cPanel username, as it is case sensitive.

Edit: You might want to post what server you're on as well, so we can see if its a server-side issue.
