I have been getting a lot of slowness or lag or stutter when i publish my gaming YouTube personal Website.

I just checked my CPU and it's MAXED out at 100%. Never seen this before when i have used X10 Hosting before.

and my Second Issue is i have password Protected a webpage on my site which is VIP access only to Subscribers to my YouTube Channel. the webpage won't stay Protected even thought I have Checked off the Box that says Password Protect the page in the box Ect Ect.

I need to get the password Protection working 100% otherwise i will have to result in changing providers and going with a paid Web Hosting Company.

Thanks, Mike. KkK PennStatePlays

Your CPU being pegged has to do with the files you are serving (or linking) on your page; it has nothing at all to do with the hosting server. (Well, it could be response delays on background requests, but the "pegged" part is still due to the script running in the browser not being able to handle things, not the server or network. If there's a problem, it's something you need to fix, or to have fixed by the provider of the client-side code.)

As for the password protection, one thing to check is whether or not the page is cachable. Keep in mind that the authentication is Basic and that you're not using HTTPS; the browser (and proxy servers such as those used by ISPs) may be able to keep a copy of the page.

Thanks for that information. is there an easy way to setup a User name and password system to login ?.

I don't normally use a webhosting account that's free. I would use it to just mess around with. then delete the account.

I have no knowledge in php or any of the coding systems/Programs. Bu I am willing to learn. How fast could I get the user Name and Password system up and running if I am new to it all ?.

Thanks Michael.
