Your account is suspended for Hight resource usage,(2nd suspensions)

1st and 2nd resource usage suspensions can be unsuspended by yourself.

For 3rd the staff has to do it for you.


Goto account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

and unsuspended your self

Are you using wordpress blog , Some plugins causes the high resource usage. Especially some backup plugins.

Check what exactly your are doing at the time of suspension.

I will escalate this ticket to an account manager so he or she can check the logs associated with your hosting account to find out which file is causing your suspension.
