Create a new section plz

I'm a webmaster and each day my site is Bcomin bigger and bigger.
Z thin is that i'm afraid of loosin my account on X10 4 no reason or a reason that I might not Bin informed about.
so my suggestion is 2 add a new section called "webmaster up2date" where u post all z rules that we should follow. this section should b closed and all members should b subscribed 2 z instant email notification.
So when z administrator add a new rule(reply)"like this annoucement that i've saw by chance" we will all b up 2 date (notified).

This will most likley not happen. Just read the Stickys and Announcements. Theres really no need do make a forums like this. If you follow the rules stated in the TOS and Stickys your site will not be suspended.

TOS something that i've already done when bin subscribed.
but from ur reply I can c that we shouldn't only check our CP once evry 2 weeks but also, z forum daily.
can u please tell me wich stikies:S on which forum i mean??
