Create a sub domain

My account is 'seapinks' for which I have posted a web page. I would like to post a reduced web page suitable for a mobile phone in addition. Perhaps in a directory 'm.seapinks' or similar. Can I do this? Thanks

Simply login to your cPanel and then choose Sub Domains. You can create a subdomain there.
