CREATE DATABASE failed: Access denied for user 'mega_mega' ...

I have tried to install tag cloud script http://megafreemp3.exofire.net/demo/setup.php?install
But i got this message:
CREATE DATABASE failed: Access denied for user 'mega_mega'@'10.33.249.3' to database 'tags_demo'
Is it because there are some limits for free account?

What script?
Manual installs usually require you to create the database ahead of time via cPanel.

1. 10.33.249.3 is an internal network address, not localhost or int.chopin.x10hosting.com .
2. The database should be named mega_abcdefg (has to have your cPanel name in front).

Databases must be created through cPanel. We do not grant privileges to CREATE.
