Create own members system

Sorry if this has already been answered, I used the search function but didnt find an answer.

Am I allowed to create my own members login system or do I have to buy one.

I know this isnt mentioned in the rules however alot of hosts I have used before have not allowed this for security reasons, thought I should check to be sure.

There are no restrictions of this type on any x10hosting websites, most people create their own communities with forums or some sort of member system. For reference, there are some useful free software packages in your Cpanel under 'Fantasico De Luxe'.

The only cost involved would be if you chose to buy a software package. Such as vbulletin.

The main restrictions are covered by the TOS.
