Create Subdomain Problem

Hello!

I'm trying to create a subdomain, but I get always the error bellow:

"Either your request was invalid or the program hasn't completed your request.
Please notify the server admin"

I've tryed to create it as "Default Document Root" and "Legacy (a sub-folder inside main domain)" both options show the same error.

I'll appreciate if anyone could help me how to create this subdomain.
