create table in mysql@x10hosting

Hi all,
i gone through the forum but i did n't find any post that is similar to my prob..
i've created an account in x10 hosting
i.e www.eway.exofire.net

i've also created a database and users in my cpanel
but i didn't see anylink to create tables in my database

how can i create tables in my database

and also do i need to do any configuration to run my php files or i can directly upload my php files to public_html folder

this is my 2nd day with x10hosting(in fact for any hosting or server)
i can work with php and mysql comfortably in my machine

i want to put my php application and see it to run on net

so pls somebody help me

Sorry guys
after a deep search i found a forum that cleared my prob
now i could able to create tables in my database.

so can any one tell me how to upload my php files
is there any configuration i've to do before uploading my php files or i can upload them in a similar as i uploaded my html pages in to public_html folder..

You can just upload them, I would suggest upgrading to intermediate PHP though which will give you more features.
