Hi there, after getting advice from the support chat. I have been advised to create a new thread on this issue.

I have just created a new free hosting account, which states in the setup that it would allow up to 5 MySQL databases.

However once logged in to cPanel, it states i am not allowed any.

Regards

The static hosting plan doesn't allow any databases. There are three types of ad-enhanced plan, static, advanced and corporate. You appear to have signed up for static by mistake. Would you like me to terminate this account so you can register for another account?

Again, after speaking to the support chat, it appears i ordered the wrong package.

Please can you downgrade it to ad-free (as i appear to have ordered ad-enhanced static by mistake.

Thanks
Edit:
I was in cpanel, and it stated i was not allowed.
