Hi, I had a hosting account linked with my domain name successphysics.com for over an year now. Recently, my hosting account was deleted due to inactivity. I created a new hosting account (with the same client account) and set my primary domain to successphysics.com . However visiting www.successphysics.com or successphysics.com doesn't work (i have a test index.html in my www root). I've ensured that the domain is using ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.
Any idea what the problem might be?

you may need to wait up to 48 hours for nameservers to take effect if you just set it.

I think you have an A record that points to old Lotus IP. Remove it since you had name servers pointing to x10 .

his nameservers are set to x10's so he can't modify the A records. we may need to have an admin look at the dns settings for that domain if it is resolving to the x10 servers

Thanks for the help, resetting the records in "Advanced DNS Zone Editor" in cPanel worked fine :)
