Created separate domain, updated DNS, getting redirected to x10hosting

Hi, just setup a new account today. Added a simple page, setup a new domain. Changed over my DNS A records and NS entries. However, when I go to my new separate domain, it gets redirected to x10hosting.com. Very frustrating!

www.nextsteplearning.com/index.html it works just fine!

Is this a DNS caching issue? Doesn't appear to be, since I can view inner pages. Did I miss a setting?
