Do you know any reference that provide the simple tutorial, how to add flash inside PSP?

You can play flash games on a PSP through the built-in browser.
Just put the .swf's on to the PSP or somewhere else and then navigate to them.

I found this on a site:
To open individual SWFs on your PSP, create a folder on your memory stick named FLASH. Inside that folder, paste your SWFs. Then, open internet browser and type in file:/FLASH/whatever.swf.

The PSP runs a stripped down version of Flash Player 6. To enable the flash player on the PSP, go to the System Settings, and enable Flash Player. You will need to have access to a Wireless Access Point in order to turn it on. Also while you're at it, update the PSP software using Network Update.
