Dear Sir,,

Is there any way to link the MySQL clients applications like Workbench and HeidiSQL to my x10hosting Account Server..???

On free hosting remote SQL is currently disabled and is not at all likely to be enabled any time soon, so you will not be able to link your application to the server.
