Creating Spf records

When i used to send mail from my domain ejobs4u.co.cc it gets filtered to spam.So iam thinking of creting an spf record.i have contacted my domain registrar but they are telling me to contact my hot.
So can any one tell me how to create an spf record and where to add it.
