Hi,

I'm a newbie to all these domain/hosting issues and couldn't find an answer to my question in other threads, so here it goes:

My brother has acquired the domains for our family name, let's suppose smith.org, smith.com, smith.info, etc. and I have currently a website named correspondingly smith.x10hosting.com. Is there a way to make the URL michel.smith.info point to my site? Would my brother have to transfer the smith.info domain to me before hand? Or is there a way of using the add-on or a parked domain feature to create michel.smith.info in a simple way?

Thanks a lot in advance for your replies!

Michel

You have to point the name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com then add them to either the add-on domains or parked domains. Then you would make the sub-domain. If the domain is hosted somewhere else, you can make a redirection for it.
