Hosting a proxy is not allowed, but using a proxy to connect is okay. Corey has stated this to help some people connect to x10.

Your cPanel works for me;

The proxy server you are using might not allow port 2082, it seems to be a common things among proxies, firewalls, etc... If they use the Microsoft recommended guidelines then it will be closed.
