Critical error after password reset

CRITICAL_ERROR:
Line : generic, class2.php

Error reported as: [6]: Unable to form a valid connection to mySQL. Please check that your e107_config.php contains the correct information.

what the my site worked.. i didnt edit any of the info it worked fine.. now it gives me this mysql error ..... omg..... pfff have 2 go now soccer practice ill check this out later

How do i solve this.. it worked just fine before.... :coolugh:

Go into MySQL databases through your cPanel and try to run repair. I don't think that is the problem but just incase ;). After that try deleting the user from the database and re-adding it with the same password.

try making a new user in the MySQL section and assign the user to that database... then edit your config file to change it to that user\pass.

the error says.. it cant ESTABLISH a connection to mysql.... :S doesnt have to do anything wsith users right :S
