cron jobs

Noticed today that all my cron jobs were removed?
Is this common practice to offer cron jobs then remove them?
I was considering paying for this host.
Unlikely to now ofcourse.

If you have cron jobs that ever go off within 5 minutes of each other, the system deletes them.

Also, there was a recent problem with Absolut server. If you are on Absolut, that might be a side effect of today's problem (or what was done to fix the problem).
