i know this has been posted a few times before but they got solved without giving the answer. i want to make backups of my site for know but later i want to use cron jobs for other things.
so i want to know what to do about this error:

/usr/bin/crontab permissions are wrong. Please set to 4755

it doesn't seem to let me add cron jobs and they definitely doesn't execute

oh and just to make sure is this the right command
php -q /home/(insert username)/fullbackup.php (then fill out time information)

thanks for the help.

P.S. i know I'm a new user but I've had a lot of trouble with previous free hosts loosing my data.

The permissions on crontab are fine.

The correct command for PHP crons scripts is php-cron -q, not php.
