cron stopped working

Cron jobs no longer work and no output is sent to my email. It probably worked for the last time on 20-01-2010. I didn't change cron entries for last two weeks.

Well, I honestly don't know what else you may need. As I said, for over a week I didn't change cron entries. Untill 20-01-2010 they worked just fine. I noticed you have recently made some changes to control panel (cron tab among others), so this is probably the cause of the problem. I can only say that I already tried changing cron command (php /.../job.php, /usr/bin/php /.../job.php, php -f /.../job.php etc.) and time intervals, but none of this worked. My hosting account is the same as this one.

Screen shots, details. I don't have a server problem that I can generalize to your situation, so I need to know how you configured your cron, what changed, ect.

Since it seems this matter passed through the scope of x10 support without a response, I will escalate this issue so staff can better assist you.
