CSS Problem on IE.. Works fine on Firefox

When i hover mouse over the top navigation menu it messes up in internet explorer... (am using IE 8, not sure if it happens in other version of internet explorer too)... It works fine in firefox...

There are few problem with IE8 I have also experience the same if you try it in IE7 then its fine

OK.
That is why people are migrating to IE9.Donot worry about IE8 and donot waste time on the same.
Try IE9.
All IE8 world will migrate to IE9 in no time.Hence try to do optimization for IE9 and mozilla 4.
You will cover 90 percent of all people.
By the way..your code works fine in IE9.
