About

CSS Reboot is a community event for web professionals. November 1st, 2005 at 12:00 GMT Rebooters from all over the world will launch their web standards-based redesigns simultaneously, bringing traffic, interest and a little respect to their sites. There are no prizes or arbitrary winners, just great exposure and the knowledge that we all participated in something great.

A Little History

CSS Reboot first started as an idea in a blog post at my site BenjaminAdam . In that post I said:
Yeah, yeah, I know we’re all busy but come on we’ve got almost 2 whole months! I’m participating — want to join me? Better yet, want to join me and help spread the word on this new era of the May 1st Reboot? Redesign your site with CSS and web standards in mind and show the entire world all at once just how great accessible, standards design can really be.

I am not really sure.. Just go to Adam blogs and contact him.. Or use the contact form at the CSS REBOOT site..

But the site should be CSS and XHTML complaint.. Just register at the homepage and begin work on your site.. It is just a means of exposure and fan.. so work on a CSS and XHTML complaint site..

You can even submit a blog.. the last one 1/2 of the participates submitted blogs even me.. now am going to submit a CSS and XHTML complaint site by 29 October..

You can submit as many sites that have been design by you as long as they are CSS and XHTML complaint.... :flowers:

You can even have a site with CSS, PHP, Javascript and XHTML...

MAY THE REBOOT START FOR ALL OF NEW PARTICIPATES...

Yep, as long as they meet up to CSS and xHTML standards.

Find the validity of your site here: http://validator.w3.org/
