So when im trying to make a forum website, i get this error:

So.. every time i try to make a forum, like on the "create a website" page, i get that error.

Are yiu trying to use the auto installer

Use cPanel rather than the x10Hosting control panel using the panel switcher button (forgot the name) in the header (on the very top bar).

EDIT: Got time to have a look at it myself and funny enough, it's called 'theme switcher'.
