Custom error page is not displayed!

You offered custom error pages for free x10hosting accounts. So, I created custom 404 and 403 error pages for my website. 403 error page worked. But, 404 error page is not the page that I created! The 404 error page is full of floating ads. The user will never identify that it is an error page! Why does this happen?

I can find 403.shtml directly on your site but I cannot find 404.shtml

Also look for a file in public_html named .htaccess (its a hidden dot file so if you use cPanel File Manager, make sure you choose to show dot files). Inside this file look for a line starting with:

ErrorDocument 404

If you used cPanel Custom Error Pages, make sure it says

ErrorDocument 404 /404.shtml

The page full of ads is x10's default 404 page, which is probably showing because your own 404 page is not working properly.
