We have taken over the 404 pages ;)

What is your cPanel username so I can check the password protected directories?

Does this mean we cannot have our own custom error pages?
Or does this only apply as default and change when we make our own error pages?

May I ask why you are not allowed to create your own custom error 404 pages?

We have disabled users ability to customize their individual HTTP error pages, and are now using a "system wide" 404 error page. That should answer your question about using .htaccess files to control the error pages. In short, all 404 error pages shown are now controlled by x10Hosting.

Thanks for clearing the issue, NedreN. Have no problems with x10hosting ads or the error pages. Afterall am just begining to learn how to customize the 404 pages. Will learn it elsewhere.

x10hosting rocks.
